**1. Pre-Sale of Oil Reserves**

To kickstart our economic resurgence, we plan to pre-sell approximately 6 billion barrels of oil. This strategic move will generate an estimated $350 billion in immediate revenue, providing the necessary capital to fund our ambitious projects. We will allocate these funds to significantly increase Iran’s oil production capacity from 4 to 10 million barrels per day within 7 years. Based on today’s market prices, increasing oil production will cost approximately $20,000 per barrel, requiring an investment of $200 billion in the oil industry. By doing so, we will not only bolster our export capacity but also create countless jobs and stimulate related industries such as petrochemical and power sectors.

**2. The Caspian Sea to Persian Gulf Canal**

One of the centerpiece projects of our economic strategy is the construction of a monumental canal linking the Caspian Sea to the Persian Gulf. This visionary infrastructure project will open new trade routes, reducing transportation costs and time for goods flowing between Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. The canal will serve as a critical artery for global commerce, fostering international trade and attracting foreign investments.

**3. Modern Airports in Isfahan and Ahvaz**

To further enhance our connectivity and global presence, we will build two state-of-the-art international airports in Isfahan and Ahvaz. These airports will be equipped with cutting-edge technology, offering seamless travel experience for passengers and efficient cargo handling facilities. Improved air travel infrastructure will boost tourism, facilitate business travel, and increase our capacity to engage in global trade.

**4. Super Modern Commercial Port**

To complement our canal and airport projects, we will develop a super modern commercial port capable of accommodating the largest super tankers and cargo ships. This port will be a hub of activity, attracting maritime trade, spurring technological advancements, and fostering economic zones around it. Efficient port operations will strengthen our position as a critical junction in the global supply chain.

**5. Tourism and Hospitality**

Recognizing the potential of the new canal as a tourist attraction, we will build luxurious hotels along its route. These accommodations will cater to both international tourists and business travelers, showcasing the beauty and heritage of our nation. The tourism sector will thrive, creating employment opportunities and contributing to cultural exchange.

**Economic Impact**

These initiatives collectively aim to elevate Iran’s per capita income from $4400 to an impressive $16,800. The ripple effects of this economic transformation will be felt across all sectors, improving the standard of living, healthcare, education, and infrastructure for our citizens
