Arash Shahrokhi

آرش یک وکیل تجاری و مشاور کسب‌وکار با بیش از هشت سال سابقه در حوزه معاملات فرامرزی، حاکمیت شرکتی و حقوق مالکیت فکری است. پس از ترک ایران در سال ۲۰۲۰، او بر جنبه‌های نظارتی و حاکمیتی سازمان‌های غیرانتفاعی در بریتانیا متمرکز شده است. آرش که کارآموزی خود را نزد شرکت حقوقی دنتونز گذرانده، در زمینه ادغام و تملیک، ساختاردهی سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی و حل اختلافات به شرکت‌های چندملیتی مشاوره داده است. همچنین به‌عنوان مدیر غیراجرایی و مشاور در شرکت‌ها و سازمان‌های مردم‌نهاد فعالیت داشته و در حوزه خط‌مشی‌های ESG و رعایت مقررات راهنمایی کرده است. در کنار فعالیت‌های حقوقی، آرش در زمینه آگاهی‌بخشی نسبت به مسائل حقوق بشری ایران تلاش کرده و ابتکاراتی را برای گسترش گفت‌وگو در سطح بین‌المللی بنیان‌گذاری کرده است.

Arash is a commercial lawyer and business advisor with over 8 years of experience in cross-border transactions, corporate governance, and intellectual property rights. Since leaving Iran in 2020, he has focused on the regulatory and governance aspects of non-profit organisations in the UK. Previously trained by Dentons, Arash has advised multinational corporations on mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment structuring, and dispute resolution. He has also served as a non-executive director and advisor to various corporations and NGOs, guiding them on ESG policies and regulatory compliance. Alongside his legal practice, Arash has been active in raising awareness of Iran’s human rights issues and has co-founded initiatives to amplify sociopolitical discourse on an international scale.
