اعتماد سازی: سدها و سرچشمه ها

اعتماد از مهم ترین عوامل کار اجتماعی به ویژه در زمینه های اقتصادی و سیاسی است و در ادبیات اقتصادی، نام سرمایه اجتماعی به خود گرفته است. افزایش ده درصدی اعتماد میان شهروندان ۰٫۱ رشد تولید ملی به دنبال خواهد داشت. بدون اعتماد، افراد انگیزه ای برای همکاری نخواهند داشت و حتی هزینه کار مشترک را پیش از فایده آن می دانند.

اما اعتماد چگونه میان افراد ساخته می شود، چگونه از میان می رود و به چه طریق می توان آن دوباره برای همکاری میان افراد برقرار کرد؟
