SKILLS PROFILE
RESEARCH & PUBLICATIONS:
Apart from having been a Visiting Research Fellow at the International Institute for Strategic Studies in London, I have been active in research for the Centre for Arab and Iranian Studies and a number of international companies in the UK, having produced researched reports that have been published (in addition to numerous newspaper articles and specialized papers).
MANAGEMENT:
In 1978, I was respectively in charge of the Cultural Section and the Press Attaché’s Office at the Iranian Embassy in London; From 1979-1984, I was the Managing Director of the Avicenna Foundation (A Saudi Funded UK Charitable Trust in the UK) in London.
COMMUNICATION:
I have had a great deal of experience in having close liaison with media, parliamentary and government officials, in a good working relations atmosphere with colleagues and employees.
PLANNING:
Planned fund raising strategy and projects for the Avicenna Foundation (in which more than one million pounds were raised), as well as planning and executing a ‘Media Campaign’ for a number of international clients.
NEGOTIATION:
Negotiated successfully in both commercial and political fields, with excellent results.

INTERESTS
I have travelled widely around the world, and I have had the opportunity to live in the United States, Britain, France, Switzerland and Iran. My main interest is in international and media affairs, and I am a member of both the Royal Institute of International Affairs and the International Institute for Strategic Studies in London. I am also an avid tennis player.
