فارغ‌التحصیل دانشکده حقوق و علوم با فوق‌لیسانس حقوق جزا و دکترای روابط بین‌الملل از لندن هستم. فعالیت رسانه‌ای را از مجله فردوسی آغاز کردم و پیش از انقلاب به‌عنوان نویسنده، برنامه‌ساز رادیو و مدرس در مدارس خوارزمی و عالی مددکاری اجتماعی مامازند فعالیت داشتم.
دبیر سیاسی روزنامه اطلاعات و سردبیر امید ایران، پرفروش‌ترین مجله ایران، بودم. در تبعید، مدیر مرکز پژوهش‌های ایران و عرب و شبکه تلویزیونی ایران فردا هستم. همچنین با نشریات الشرق الأوسط، الوطن، المجله و ألموجز همکاری داشته‌ام.
در مطبوعات فارسی همچون پست ایران، کیهان لندن و روزگار نو فعال بوده و مدتی سردبیر روزگار نو بودم. با دویچه وله و صدای آمریکا همکاری گسترده داشته و امروز نیز در رسانه‌های فارسی و عربی، از جمله ایران فردا، فعالیت می‌کنم. مقالات هفتگی من در ایندیپندنت فارسی و مجله فردوسی امروز منتشر می‌شود.
Journalist, political activist and an expert on Iranian contemporary history
I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Political Science, holding a master’s degree in Criminal Law and a PhD in International Relations from London. My media career began with Ferdowsi magazine, and before the revolution, I worked as a writer, radio programme producer, and lecturer at Kharazmi School and the Higher Institute of Social Work in Mamazand.
I served as the political editor of Ettelaat newspaper and editor-in-chief of Omid Iran, the most widely circulated magazine in Iran. In exile, I have been the director of the Iran and Arab Research Centre and the Iran Farda satellite television network. I have also contributed to publications such as Al-Sharq Al-Awsat, Al-Watan, Al-Majalla, and served as editor-in-chief of Al-Moujaz.
I have been active in Persian-language media, including Post Iran, Kayhan London, and Roozegar-e No, where I also served as editor-in-chief for some time. I have collaborated extensively with Deutsche Welle and Voice of America and continue to contribute to Persian and Arabic media, including Iran Farda. My weekly articles are published in Independent Persian and Ferdowsi Emrooz magazine.
Je suis diplômé de la Faculté de Droit et de Science Politique, titulaire d’un master en Droit Pénal et d’un doctorat en Relations Internationales de Londres. Ma carrière dans les médias a commencé avec le magazine Ferdowsi, et avant la révolution, j’ai travaillé comme écrivain, producteur d’émissions de radio et conférencier à l’école Kharazmi et à l’Institut Supérieur du Travail Social à Mamazand.
J’ai été rédacteur politique du journal Ettelaat et rédacteur en chef du magazine Omid Iran, le magazine le plus diffusé en Iran. En exil, j’ai été directeur du Centre de Recherche Iran et Arab et du réseau de télévision satellite Iran Farda. J’ai également contribué à des publications telles que Al-Sharq Al-Awsat, Al-Watan, Al-Majalla, et j’ai été rédacteur en chef d’Al-Moujaz.
J’ai été actif dans les médias en langue persane, notamment Post Iran, Kayhan London et Roozegar-e No, où j’ai également été rédacteur en chef pendant un certain temps.
