عمر ایلخانیزادە متولد ١٣٣١(١٩۵٢) در شهر بوکان. مهندس زمین شناسی، عضو و فعال کومەلە از سال ١٣۴٩ هجری. از رهبران شناختە شدە جنبش کردستان ایران کە مسئولیتهای مختلفی را عهدەدار بودە است.

Omar Ilkhanizadeh, born in 1952 (1331 in the Persian calendar) in the city of Bukan, is a geologist, a member, and an active participant in Komala since 1969 (1349 in the Persian calendar). He is one of the well-known leaders of the Kurdish movement in Iran and has held various responsibilities.

تکثرگرایی، عدم تمرکز، سکولاریزسیون و دموکراسی پارلمانی

ایران جامعەای متنوع و متکثر است با مسائل و مشکلات اجتماعی بە جاماندە از تاریخ. همچنین جامعەای است با سنتها و تنوعات فرهنگی غنی و دارای پتانسیل بالای توسعە و ترقی.  بر این مبنا ایران آتی لازم است تکثرگرایی، عدم تمرکز، سکولاریسم و حاکمیتی مردمی بر مبنای دمکراسی پارلمانی(همان لیبرال دمکراسی) را تحقق نماید. با تکیە بر این امور هم وحدت مردمی و ملی در میان اتنیکها و تنوعات اجتماعی، زبانی و فرهنگی میسر میشود و  قطعا در مسیر توسعە و پیشرفت پایدار  قرار میگیریم.

Iran is a diverse and pluralistic society with social issues rooted in history. It is also a society with rich cultural traditions and diversity, possessing great potential for development and progress.
Based on this, the future of Iran must realize pluralism, decentralization, secularism, and a popular government based on parliamentary democracy (the same as liberal democracy). By relying on these principles, national unity and harmony among ethnic groups and social, linguistic, and cultural diversities will be achieved, and Iran will certainly be on the path to sustainable development and progress.”
