Negin Shiraghaei

نگین شیرآقای بنیان‌گذار و مدیر شبکه آزادی است، یک سازمان مردمی که به ارتقاء صدای گروه‌های حاشیه‌نشین در ایران از طریق تقویت ظرفیت‌ها و ایجاد ائتلاف‌ها اختصاص دارد. نگین تجربه ساخت جوامع و سازماندهی گروه‌ها را دارد. او مربی روش مارشال گانز است و به آموزش فعالان و رهبران در سطح جهانی پرداخته است. از سپتامبر ۲۰۲۲، شبکه آزادی بیش از ۳۰ نفر از ایران را با سازمان‌های حقوق بشر و رسانه‌های بین‌المللی ارتباط داده تا صدای آنها شنیده شود و نقض‌های حقوق بشر مستند شود. تیم اصلی بیش از ۷۰ مصاحبه رسانه‌ای در رابطه با جنبش «زن، زندگی، آزادی» انجام داده است. نمونه‌هایی از این مصاحبه‌ها شامل بی‌بی‌سی، دویچه وله و مونوکل۲۴ می‌شود. از طریق رویدادها و بسته‌های اطلاعاتی خود، این شبکه موفق شده است نقض‌های حقوق بشر در ایران را به کانون توجه جهانی بیاورد. رویدادهایی مانند راه‌اندازی تحقیق در مورد آپارتاید جنسیتی و بسیج افراد سرشناس همچون ریچارد برنسون برای افزایش آگاهی درباره نقض حقوق بشر در ایران. همچنین این شبکه موفق به آموزش بیش از ۸۰ عضو جامعه در داخل و خارج ایران در زمینه مهارت‌های سازماندهی و رهبری شده است. نگین شیراقایی پیش از این گوینده اخبار بی‌بی‌سی فارسی بوده و بیش از ۲۰ سال تجربه فعالیت در زمینه حقوق زنان در داخل و خارج از ایران دارد. از طریق کمپین‌های بی‌وقفه‌اش در بی‌بی‌سی فارسی، او نقشی کلیدی در افزایش نمایندگی زنان در رسانه‌ها از ۷ درصد به ۳۲ درصد ایفا کرده است. نگین دو بار در شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد سخنرانی کرده و در آن روش‌هایی که جمهوری اسلامی برای محدود کردن آزادی بیان استفاده می‌کند و همچنین اهمیت رسیدگی به آزار و اذیت زنان روزنامه‌نگار آنلاین را مورد بحث قرار داده است. او همچنین کارگاه‌هایی برای زنان ایرانی و افغان برگزار کرده و آنها را برای مصاحبه‌های رسانه‌ای آموزش داده است.

Negin Shiraghaei is the Founder/Director of Azadi Network, a grassroots organization dedicated to elevating the voices of marginalized groups in Iran through capacity and alliance building. Negin has experience building communities and organizing groups. She is a trainer of the Marshall Ganz method and has been training activists and leaders globally. Since September 2022, Azadi Network has connected more than 30 people from Iran with human rights organizations and international media outlets to ensure their voices are heard and human rights violations have been documented. More than 70 media interviews have been conducted by the core team on the “Women, Life, Freedom” Movement. See examples BBC, DW, and Monocle24. Through its events and Information Bundles, it managed to bring Human Rights violations in Iran to the center of attention. Events such as the launch of the Gender Apartheid Enquiry and mobilizing high-profile people such as Richard Branson to raise awareness about HR abuse in Iran. It managed to train more than 80 community members inside and outside Iran on organizing and leadership skills. Negin is a former BBC Persian news anchor. Shas has more than 20 years of experience advocating for women’s rights both inside and outside of Iran. Through her tireless campaigning at BBC Persian, she was instrumental in increasing the representation of women in the media from 7% to 32%. Negin has addressed the UN Human Rights Council twice, discussing the methods used by the Islamic Republic to restrict free expression, as well as the significance of addressing harassment of female journalists online. She has been hosting workshops for Iranian and Afghan women and training them for media interviews.
